Welcome to Uzvi Enterprise (referred to herein as "Uzvi", "we", "us", or "our"), operating the e-commerce platform accessible at uzvienterprise.com, regional applications, and related subdomains. Uzvi Enterprise is a registered commercial retail and distribution enterprise headquartered in Gouripur 3517, Chittagong, Bangladesh.

By accessing our platform, registering an account, or placing an order for goods, you ("User", "Customer", "Buyer") unequivocally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any supplemental guidelines posted on our site. If you do not agree with any provision set forth herein, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

These terms constitute a legally enforceable electronic contract under the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Act 2006 (as amended) and the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines of Bangladesh.

To access certain premium features, loyalty rewards, or order tracking pipelines, you may register an account using an authentic Bangladeshi mobile phone number (11 digits) or valid email address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, password, and one-time passcodes (OTP). Any activity conducted through your authenticated account shall be deemed authorized by you.

Uzvi Enterprise reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict any account that provides inaccurate, fraudulent, or impersonated contact information.

We strive for meticulous accuracy in our product images, technical specifications, and descriptions. However, due to continuous manufacturer updates, packaging revisions, and device display variations, actual product packaging or color shades may exhibit minor variations from screen representations.

All prices listed on Uzvi Enterprise are denoted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) and are inclusive of statutory taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. Delivery charges are calculated and displayed separately during checkout.

In the event of an inadvertent typographical error or system discrepancy resulting in an incorrect price listing, Uzvi reserves the right to cancel or amend the affected order prior to physical dispatch, with immediate notification provided to the buyer.

Uzvi Enterprise provides maximum payment flexibility to ensure risk-free purchasing for every citizen across Bangladesh:

1. 100% Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay the entire order value in cash directly to the delivery courier agent at your doorstep upon receiving your parcel.

2. Partial Advance Payment: Customers may elect to pay solely the delivery fee (৳60 inside Dhaka, ৳120 outside Dhaka) upfront via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Orders with partial advance receive expedited priority warehouse fulfillment and guaranteed immediate dispatch.

3. Online Gateway Payments: Secure digital payments processed via SSLCOMMERZ supporting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and mobile financial services (MFS). All card transactions are 256-bit SSL encrypted.

To mitigate fraudulent orders and high courier return ratios, Uzvi Enterprise conducts automated and phone verification for high-value or unusual COD orders before releasing parcels to courier hubs.

Orders verified before 3:00 PM BST are packed and processed for dispatch on the same business day from our central logistics facility in Gouripur 3517, Chittagong.

Standard Delivery Timelines across Bangladesh:

• Inside Dhaka Metropolitan: 24 to 48 hours (Standard fee ৳60).

• Outside Dhaka (All 64 District Headquarters & Upazilas): 48 to 72 hours (Standard fee ৳120). Remote union parishad areas may require up to 96 hours depending on localized courier branch logistics.

Our authorized logistics partners include Steadfast Courier, Pathao Courier, RedX, eCourier, and SA Paribahan. Real-time parcel tracking is available 24/7 on our dedicated /track-order page using your Order ID or phone number.

Open Delivery & Parcel Inspection: We actively encourage our customers to visually inspect the external sealed package in the presence of the courier rider before signing or releasing payment.

7-Day Replacement Guarantee: If a delivered item is discovered to be mechanically defective, physically damaged in transit, or substantively mismatched from your order, you are entitled to a replacement within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.

When an order is dispatched with Cash on Delivery, Uzvi Enterprise incurs upfront courier fees, packaging materials, and labor costs. Refusing a verified parcel without valid cause (such as severe damage or wrong item) imposes unfair operational costs.

If a customer repeatedly places unverified orders and refuses delivery upon rider arrival, Uzvi Enterprise reserves the right to blacklist the associated phone number, address, and device footprint from future Cash on Delivery privileges.

Cancellations are accepted without any charge while the order status remains 'Pending' or 'Processing' prior to courier handover.

The brand name "Uzvi", the Bengali representation "উজভি", "Uzvi Enterprise", "উজভি এন্টারপ্রাইজ", our corporate logotype, website design, UI components, interactive web games (including Hungry Shark, Subway Surfers, Chess, 2048), graphical assets, and software source code are the proprietary intellectual property of Uzvi Enterprise and its founders.

Unauthorized replication, scraping, commercial reproduction, trademark infringement, or deceptive mirroring of Uzvi Enterprise assets is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution under Bangladesh Copyright and Trademark Acts.

Uzvi Enterprise shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, courier transit delays during natural disasters (cyclones, floods, seasonal storms), road blockades, government shutdowns, or courier strike actions.

In all circumstances, the total aggregate liability of Uzvi Enterprise for any proven claim arising out of a purchased product shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the customer for that specific item.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to transactions on Uzvi Enterprise shall first be addressed amicably through our dedicated Grievance Redressal Cell. If an amicable settlement is not reached within 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts having territorial jurisdiction in Chittagong, Bangladesh.

Uzvi Enterprise reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Significant revisions will be announced via website notice banners or email notifications.
